I'd spent morning after morning talking about the 2016 election with my co-workers at Delicious Design League, always coming back to the same questions. How do we speak to people who no longer see us as neighbors, but enemies? How do we deal with people who've decided hard facts are just political opinions? How do we bridge this great divide?

A collaborative effort
With help from Tyler Deal, DDL's Printshop manager and A+ human, I put together a dense pattern of fake news pulling from the alt-right's finest circles of hell. And the rest was magic, brewed up by Tyler and DDL Principal Jason Teegarden-Downs. They expertly printed 30-some layers of ink across 12 panes of plexiglass, and assembled a custom pine frame to house it.
